BioI'm James Gatt, also known as PixelBoot. I’m an AOSP Engineer based in
Malta currently studying Bsc. Computer Engineering at the University of
Malta. Since a very young age, I've been a passionate custom Android
developer, recognised by XDA Developers for my open source
contributions. I also am a passionate speaker, featuring in events like
droidcon Berlin!
Goals
- Creating an honest and helpful community on platforms like XDA and Telegram
- Collaborating with users to gather feedback on issues and bugs for further stability
- Upbringing stable Android versions on legacy devices to extend lifespan
- Tackling devices specification issues, such as partition tables with newer Android upbrings
- Ensuring stable usage on ROMs that are tested on actual hardware
- Speaking to users to implement/suggest new features to existing custom ROMs
